2019 Eugenia Rosé of Cinsault, “San Lucas Vineyard - The Country Wife”, Central Coast

My appreciation for this wine started just by the pale salmon/coper color, which reminded me of Provençal Rosé wines. This wine is super-light with fresh aromas of morning dew, wet sand, citrus blossoms, tangerines and kumquats. The juicy citrus flavors on the palate made me crave Tuna Niçoise salad, Ceviche, Sushi and Fish Tacos. On top of that, the low alcohol level makes it an attractive spring/summer "poolside and patio-pounder" type of wine.

These are just some of the reasons I really enjoyed it and recommend “Country Wife Rosé” wine to all WiFi Wine Time friends.
